This Excel Software Tool is provided for the design of wood framed Shear Walls (WSW) and collectors in Flexible (wood frame roof and floor) diaphragms at Lateral Force Resisting System (LFRS) Gridlines and Floor Levels specified by User; in addition, design information for Moment Resisting Frames (MRF) or steel panels can also be specified for documentation purposes (calculations). This information is then used to determine the Shear Wall Schedule, provided in the last worksheet, as well as the Retrofit Plans, done elsewhere, needed for Structural Drawings.
